Transporting Lithium Ore on Rail
Discussion of the the detrimental effect on road safety on the South Western Highway and on the amenity of Highway towns caused by transportation on the Highway of lithium ore from the Greenbushes mine by high-frequency road trains has led to studies into the possibility of shifting the lithium ore transport from road to rail.
