Providing support services to frail aged or disabled, and their carers to enable them to continue to live comfortably in their own home.

What do we offer?

• The Wednesday Club provides a weekly opportunity to meet in a friendly atmosphere for social activities, quizzes, games and bingo.  Morning tea and lunch is provided.  Group outings and a yearly holiday programmes are organised

• Respite Care can be offered in your own home and at the Wednesday Club to provide time for Carers to attend to their own needs.

• Home help and/or Personal care is available to assist with those domestic tasks you can no longer manage.

• Gardening, wood chopping, handyman tasksand minor home modifications may be provided to help with maintaining your independence.

• A Monthly bus service is available for transport to Bunbury stopping at Balingup, Mullalyup, Kirup and Donnybrook.  Transport is available locally for shopping and medical appointments.  A limited transportation service is available by arrangement for out of town appointments.

• A Podiatry Clinic is available by appointment on the first and third Thursday of each month.

• Information and referral is available whether you are eligible for HACC service or not.
